Organization & Tech Skills: Strong command of scheduling, email, messaging apps, and office tools.
Core Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate complex international travel itineraries (flights, hotels, transport).
Handle scheduling, reservations, and daily logistics across multiple time zones.
Manage communications, documents, and appointments with precision.
Liaise with hotels, airlines, service providers, and event teams.
Provide assistance during meetings, dinners, and professional events.
Anticipate needs, resolve issues on the spot, and maintain strict confidentiality.
